We're lucky that in the United Kingdom we are blessed with many extremely good Bernese Mountain Dog Clubs. So wherever you may live, you shouldn't be too many miles from at least one of the breed clubs and their events. Being a member of at least one bernese club is money well spent as along with being able to attend the club events, which are a most enjoyable day out, you also get regular magazines and club news, along with a yearly handbook from some.
