We currently have six Bernese Mountain Dogs; Harvey (Pasturegreen SOS) who is soon to be 6, Amy (Malynncastle Ambriel at Pasturegreen) who is soon to be 5, Millie (Fortonpark Millie My Love at Pasturegreen) who is 2½, Merlin (Pasturegreen Trick or Treat) who is 2, half litter sister Anna (Pasturegreen Snow White) who is one and half litter brother Bailey (Pasturegreen Irish Cream) who is 10 weeks.

Harvey is the son of our Sophie (Lintock Opium at Pasturegreen), sired by Champion Fortonpark Frankie Goes to Meadowpark. He is related to our current pack via his Father's Fortonpark bloodlines. He is a lovely big lad with lots of Bernese character and has a super loving temperament. He can be strong willed at times and is now a Master carting dog. Harvey I think should have been a sheep for he can be rather bargy at times!

Amy is our Harvey's great niece, sired by Champion Fortonpark It's Otto JW out of Greengarth Northern Angel. She has a wonderful calm working attitude and even though she's not the biggest of bitches she's perfectly proportioned and has a super calm temperament. She's also as soppy as they come, a trait which she was passed onto her puppies.

Millie is our Fortonpark girl, sired by Champion Monalou Dutch Courage and out of Fortonpark It's A Star she is our Amy's half niece and our Harvey's Great niece both related to her on her Mother Dolly's side.

Merlin is out of our Amy and sired by Champion Jaybiem UTwo JW ShCM. Merlin is quiet, lazy and would much rather eat and sleep than do anything. He is joy to show and work with for he's so very well behaved and understanding. Apart from when we have bitches in season when he can be terribily sly!

Anna is our youngster, she is another of our Amy's puppies but out of her second litter sired by Goodboy Van't Stokerybos. A bit of a live wire and rather bouncy she needs time to mature.

Bailey is our baby puppy, another of Amy's puppies, he's out of her third litter sired by Irish Champion Kinelarty Midnight Star Gaze, born over the winter of 2011 he's a super chap and very much like his half brother Merlin was at the same age.

Temperament in the Bernese Mountain Dog is very important to us, especially as we have two young Daughters and two young Granddaughters. We are one of the only Kennel Club Accredited Bernese Mountain Dog Breeders in the country who actually rear their puppies with young children, with most of our puppies going to family homes.

Our Bernese are first and foremost our beloved family pets and live with us in our family home. As a family we enjoy all Bernese Mountain Dog Club events nationwide along with championship showing, carting, obedience, agility and Bernese fun classes. We enjoy the serious side of showing at championship level nationwide and the working side of the breed and travel many thousands of miles a year in our custom built dog/family van.
